Empowering college students through peer support and connection.

Collegiate Connect is dedicated to supporting student well-being through peer connection. We provide a space for students to speak with trained peer listeners who offer compassionate, judgment-free support. Through one-on-one sessions, students can talk openly about stress, loneliness, or anything on their mind.

Collegiate Connect is a nonprofit that provides peer-to-peer emotional support for college students. Through scheduled one-on-one conversations with trained peer listeners, students can talk about stress, loneliness, academic pressure, or anything on their mind in a supportive and judgment-free space.
Students can schedule a 45-minute session with one of our trained volunteers based on availability. During the conversation, the volunteer will listen, offer support, and help create a safe space for you to talk openly about what you’re experiencing.
No. Collegiate Connect is not a replacement for professional counseling or therapy. Our volunteers are not licensed mental health professionals. Our goal is to provide a supportive space to talk and, when needed, help connect students to additional resources.
Yes. Conversations are confidential and volunteers are required to follow strict confidentiality guidelines. However, if there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or someone else, volunteers are mandated reporters who are required to contact emergency resources.
Anything that’s on your mind. Many students talk about stress, loneliness, relationships, academic pressure, adjusting to college life, or simply needing someone to listen.
Collegiate Connect is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate distress or need urgent support, please contact emergency services or reach out to the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988 in the United States.
There are many ways to support Collegiate Connect. If you are interested in becoming a peer listener, you can apply through our volunteer application form. Volunteers receive training and help provide supportive, one-on-one conversations for students who need someone to talk to.
You can also get involved by helping with fundraising, social media, outreach, and advertising. If you are interested in supporting the organization in one of these areas, feel free to reach out to us directly.
Even small actions make a difference. Simply following our page, sharing our posts, and helping spread the word can help more students learn about the support available through Collegiate Connect.

Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission!
Collegiate Connect Inc is officially launching in Fall of 2026! Be sure to stay tuned so you can schedule your first appointment as soon as possible!
